Where we ship

All India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days. Remote pincodes, North East and islands: 7–10 working days.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and regional disruptions can add time.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Failed delivery

Our courier will attempt delivery three times. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us, and we’ll refund you minus actual shipping costs. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.

Incorrect address

We can’t redirect a parcel once it’s dispatched. If an address is wrong, contact us immediately and we’ll try to intercept it, but we can’t promise.
