Terms of service

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Menora. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

3. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including full ingredient lists and the concentration of every active. Colours and textures may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are using prescribed treatment, speak to a dermatologist before changing your routine.

4. Results

Skincare results vary between individuals. The timelines we publish are typical, not promised. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

5. Patch testing

We recommend patch testing any new product on your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying it to your face. Stop using it if irritation occurs.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time without notice, but a change will never affect an order already placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing or stock error, with a full refund.

7. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale, or abuse of a promotional offer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, formulations, packaging design, and the Menora name and logo — belongs to us. Please don’t reproduce it without written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
